Let me tell you a story ...

As a child, I didn’t grow up surrounded by love. I was bullied, and home never felt safe. But when I moved to a new city, everything changed. I met real friends—people who stood up for me, believed in me, and showed me what belonging felt like. For a while, life was good. Those years gave me confidence, laughter, and the kind of memories that stay forever.

But good things don’t always last. Another move. Another city. And this time, things fell apart. I made mistakes, trusted the wrong people, and ended up on the streets. I lost nearly everything—but the thought of those friends, the ones who once had my back, never left me. I couldn’t bear to reach out, afraid they’d moved on, that I’d lose the only good part of my past.

So I built something to hold onto. A world inside my head—one where friendship never died, where light still fought against darkness, and where every wound could become part of something greater. The people who shaped my life became characters. The pain became monsters. The hope became a story.

That world saved me. It kept me sane. It gave me purpose when I had none.

Today, that world has a name: The Future’s Past. And for the first time, I’m ready to share it—not as a fantasy, but as a testament to survival, love, and the belief that even in the darkest places, imagination can be your way home.
